How to validate your profile

I stick in pass phrase, no decsription, typ my name, and get error not enough apl. I check the custom fee box with 1 apl on the side, and still get the message error. Anyone know why?

This has been a big pain to do. from buying ETH to converting to APL to trying to get in in my wallet to validate my account. THIS PROCESS IS TERRIBLE

Yeah I never could figure out how to transfer APL from KNOX. I don't think there is a way. I ended up exchanging all my APL on Knox to ETH. Then I transferred ETH to my ETH wallet on BitMart. Then on BitMart exchanged ETH for APL. Yeah I had to eat some fees. But on BitMart you can withdraw APL and I just did to my APL wallet. I guess I could have used BTC instead of ETH but I checked on BitMart first and it was a better price for APL/ETH then it was for APL/BTC. BitMart is much better than Knox so it would be worth it to get account with them.

I figured it out but wow it took a while I finally got a knox VIP you tube video that helped me figure it out

I finally did and got it done.

PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET MY KNOX VIP APL BALANCE TO SEND TO MY APOLLO WALLET SO I CAN VERIFY. i JUST DON'T GET IT.
